Samantha, this pistol already comes with an A2 Style Muzzle Brake. A Suppressor would require registration as an NFA firearm and a $200 Tax Stamp to be legal to own. Info here : http://blog.adamsarms.net/blog/how-do-i-get-an-nfa-tax-stamp
