Brandon, unfortunately it does not exempt you from transfer fees. Circumstances change such as stock level that makes the category of sale change. This can happen to your advantage or to you disadvantage at any time. Sometimes you will miss the mark and yes this can literally happen in minutes sometimes. Sometimes you just have to pull the trigger when the pulling is good. I 'm sure this will come back around for us regular folk soon.
