I purchased a S&W M629 44 mag revolver. I accepted the transfer from my FFL dealer today and when I got home a couple hours later I noticed the gun was damaged. Am I able to take it back to the FFL dealer to have the gun sent back? Or do I send the gun straight to S&W for repair or replaced?

If its cosmetic damage im not sure about getting that taken care of since you accepted transfer already, but if its a defect in the operation of the firearm, then contact your FFL first, more than likely you will be directed to call S & W anyway.
