If its cosmetic damage im not sure about getting that taken care of since you accepted transfer already, but if its a defect in the operation of the firearm, then contact your FFL first, more than likely you will be directed to call S & W anyway.

Kyle, since the transfer was already accepted, contact Smith and Wesson for an RMA to get it serviced/fixed at 1-800-331-0852 - Mon-Fri 8:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Time.
