Dawn, These are most likely trade ins from a police or security force. Sig takes them in when they are replaced by another caliber or newer firearms. These are not military configuration or capacity. I would be confident they were not shot a lot and they are certified so you know barrels are not shot out.

they are not US military the US military does not trade in guns they would be police or security companies unknown round count but sig goes Through them with a fine tooth comb the CPO guns I bought have been like new and the only thing you get different is the Box is a Red cardboard box instead of a plastic case

These are police trade in's … the military uses 9mm and this model is not what is used by U.S.Military. The Army issues is FDE, (brown), have external safeties, and are called M-17. Most police departments really don't shoot all that much with their issue guns … mostly for yearly or bi-yearly qualifying.
