I can definitely understand wanting to get a definitive answer before making the purchase. We have contact Galco to see if they would know for sure and they were unable to guarantee it. They stated that it shouldn't cause an issue with the holster as it doesn't alter the size of the firearm that goes into the holster. The only place of concern would be the point with the laser itself, as it would cause the top of the holster to flare out some. Unfortunately, without being able to have the firearm, laser grip, and holster here to test it out, no one would be able to give a definitive answer for you. I hope that this helps to alleviate some of your concerns and I apologize that we couldn't assist you further.
