Actually, guns designated as "exclusives" do have unique features and are specifically sold through a specific "distributor" or retail outlets. Bersa had 24 models of the Thunder pistol for sale right now. Nine of them are listed as exclusives. Academy for example has purchased a contract for a batch of them that are military Olive Drab green. There is a pink one that is exclusively being sold with a cancer kit/ program to support breast cancer. There are 2 models that are exclusive to the Davidson's Gun Gallery, I think they just have different color schemes. The bright nickel ones have been Lipsey's exclusives since 2002, and so on. Yours is designated as such because it has the laser. I am assuming that probably Lipsey's is the distributor since Buds and other outlets are selling the gun.
