Whenever you see "It needs a good cleaning" the owner was not fond of firearms and it was probably subjected to hard use or neglect. Anyone with any training and love of guns keeps them clean. Would you try to sell a car without at least washing it first?

You never get an accurate round count unless you are able to contact the previous owner of this gun. Seeing that it stated it needs a good cleaning leads ne to believe that i was fired a lot. Which is a good thing. That means the previous owner really broke it in and all the kinks should be worked out by now. Every weapon you purchase needs to be cleaned prior to firing anyway
