Josh, yes, as long as you have the P320 RX Model. This will not fit the non RX model P320 as it will not have the machined slide for the sight. Examples of RX P320 Models here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=sig+p320+rx

if your P320 has the machined slide it will fit if not there is no way to mount the sight
