Benjamin, no Sir. This firearm is classified as a "Standard Pistol" since it does not have a Shoulder Stock. You could add a Brace and still be legal as a Pistol.

no it is not a NFA device because it is classified as a pistol but if you add a stock it will become a NFA gun (a brace is ok just not a "stock" )
