if you plan to customize the rifle I would go with the Ruger (large aftermarket parts availability) but for just shooting it as it is I would go with the Bergara HMR as the best value

Anthony, The Bergara will give you the best overall package. The accuracy is top notch and the value per dollar spent is hard to beat.

Bergara is the best of that bunch, Tikka would be my 2nd choice.
