Richard, No, you would have to order a firearm with 10 round or less capacity to ship to CA. BUDs will not open and replace magazine to qualify for 10 rounder. Also for CA restrictions need magazine disconnect safety, manual safety, and loaded chamber indicator flag to ship to CA . So need to order firearm with all those restrictions.
no they can not even if they would remove the magazines (against Buds policy) that glock would still be illegal in CA as the gun MUST be on the CA DOJ approved list. any gun with a magazine above 10 rounds WILL NOT be on that list the list is very model/sub-model specific eave a different set of grips (optional grips changing model number) from the factory will make a gun illegal.l link to list https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns
