Stupid question but i have to ask... it says "Bushmaster 223" but is is chambered in .223 or 5.56? Also what is the twist rate

Luis, it is actually barrel stamped 5.56NATO. Barrel twist: 1:9"

its chambered for the 5.56 nato but will work just fine with .223
