Larn, I do not believe this is CA approved. 8 round capacity is good, but needs magazine disconnect safety, manual thumb safety, and loaded chamber indicator/flag to ship to CA. Think this firearm is a little dated to have loaded chamber indicator.

Lam, no, it is not currently on the CA DOJ approved Roster.
