Matthew, no it does not Sir. The Charter Arms Pitbull uses a unique rimless cartridge extractor assembly to permit the use of rimless 9mm ammo without the use of moon clips. A dual coil spring assembly allows inserting and retention of a 9mm cartridge in each chamber, and they are easily ejected after firing.
