Constantine, yes as most Keymod Rails have a full length top Picatinny Rail. Only a side mount would require a Keymod Rail Section for mounting.
It will not directly mount to a Keymod (or M-lok) rail. You will need either a Picatinny or Weaver style rail that will fit the a Keymod rail. You would then mount the scope to Picatinny/Weaver adaptor rail. Note that almost every Picatinny rail can accept a Weaver-type mounted accessory. As far as I know there are no scopes that fit directly on a Keymod or M-Lok rail, They require some kind of adaptor or mounting rings that fit this type of mounting system and this scope is setup for Picatinny/Weaver mounting systems..
