Does this California compliant edition (Keltec SU16CA) have the full stock that fold under and locks out the magazine port or does it stay at full length, meaning it has no pull pin to open up the gun? In other words will I be able to fold this and place in a short storage bag or do I have to buy a full length rifle bag to store and transport?

No the Ca Compliant models do not fold unfortunately

Andre, the CA compliant model is required to have a "Fixed" Stock.
