Suzanne, It comes and goes sometimes on the weekend. It normally is in the bottom right hand corner until 7pm on Sunday. It should show in a few minutes or you can call Buds at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
