Unfortunately all I can find even on Ed Brown's website are the same stock photos Bud's uses. https://www.edbrown.com/product/18-kobra-carry-lightweight/ It would appear it has everything you described - the trigger is definitely not "in the rough." I know if you purchase from Ed Brown directly, you can examine it in person and if you're not satisfied you can return it for a refund (paying shipping). You can do this w/Buds too, but you'll have to pay a 10% fee.

Hugh, Yes, it has a Recessed Slide Stop, Flush Barrel with Recessed Crown, Heavy Chamber and Carry Cuts. It also has the Gen4 Coating for Low Glare, Superior Rust Protection, and Improved Wear Resistance. Rear Sight is "Standard Novak".
