Try the Galco Corvus holster: https://www.galcogunleather.com/corvus-belt-iwb-holster-carbon-fiber-finish-_8_1176_1392.html. It accommodates the RMR, comes configured for OWB (includes hardware to convert to IWB), and provides some limited adjustment for cant and ride height. It works well with my SA Operators. The Black-T finish on the slide will get some shiny spots from the kydex, but otherwise holds up well.
