Buds expects a buyer to kind of police yourself if you can purchase a firearm. No domestic abuse, felon, not legal citizen, no dishonorable military discharge, mental illness, etc. But once you order and have firearm sent to dealer/FFL for transfer they will do final background check via federal form 4473 and transfer firearm or not.
