I am a smith. That does NOT make me an ammunition expert but I do know what firearms use as feeding systems. First understand your firearm is going to perform differently with target ammo and defense ammo. As far as target ammo, most any full Metal Jacket will work fine. As far as defense rounds, remember this not a Glock, Sig Sauer, H&K or high quality 1911 so it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to ALWAYS clean and properly oil your firearm after each use. I am NOT knocking this weapon I actually just won one on EGunner but you have to consider it's not going to perform as those i stated earlier WHICH IS FINE. Normally I would say Federal Premium HST + P but you want to make sure it feeds your Hollow Points ALWAYS. The best for this Pistol honestly is a Brand called Fort Scott Munitions but you won't find it on Buds they are a newer round and company. From what you can get on Buds which offers an EXCELLENT selection but the best I would suggest is Hornady Critical Defense NOT the Cr
