they are a dull finish just like the GI versions the quality of the finish is good but it is not a glossy pretty finish I own 7 RIA 1911s including this model mine is more accurate than my $1000.00 springfield (not as pretty but more accurate)
Benjamin, finish is a non reflective, matte finish. The finish is even and smoother than the GI Models and is definitely excellent quality especially for the price.
