yes it will be fine with slugs. being a smoothbore it will be more accurate with the Foster style rifled slug than with the sabot slugs (Sabots are made for a rifled barrel) test the accuracy with the more open chokes cylinder., IC Light mod or modified and go with what works best in this gun (it will vary between guns and slugs)

Belinda, yes you can. Just remember that you will likely get the best accuracy with slugs with no choke installed and never use a slug with a full choke installed. This is due to the smooth bore barrel and choke restriction tightness. Bird and Buckshot will pattern the opposite or better with the tighter chokes through full choke.
