Dirk, the manufacturer, not Buds, designates a small percentage of firearm packages to be sold to Qualified Professional/LE/First Res-ponders only. There is no difference in the firearm over the standard model. This package comes specially marked for sale to LE only from Smith and Wesson. (My opinion is if it is legal for me to own, I should be able to purchase it).
