Zachary, yes the majority of CETME rifles will. A few CETME's will have tight mag wells which will cause slightly out of spec German HK91 straight mags to not seat fully (you will have to slightly dremel the top sides of the mag) so the bolt will strip the top round. I have a CETME and had to do this to only two out of 10 HK91 Mags. The other 8 fit fine.
