Matt, I would choose the Barnes TTSX all copper for duty here. Both are great so you may want to try a box of each to see which is most accurate out of your rifle.

again to me accuracy is the 1st priority I would test both and use the most accurate as both will do the job

The TSX for Elk and the Accubond for deer size game. At 300 yards 1.5 inch groups at 100 yards is fine. Don't give up bullet performance for accuracy. Years ago it took a very good rifle to shoot under 2 inch groups at 100 yards and we killed lots of game out past 300 yards.
