I read that silver isn't good. Are these ok to us or would it mess up my AR Pistol. I read it can mess up the grooves or inside the barrel

Justin, these will be fine. The silver here is actually the nickel plated case/polymer silver tip and not the actual bullet which is a Ballistic Silvertip (silver color polymer tip that never touches the barrel).
