Paul, yes, these fit the "Compact". They are fairly easy to install with inexpensive sight removal/install tool. There are youtube videos of the process : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gT_X5eGUC-0

yes they fit and yes they are easy to install Just invest in a sight "pusher"
