James, no, only a brace to stay classified as a legal "Pistol"can be added. To add a "Shoulder Stock" and be legal, you would have to pay the $200 Tax Stamp and register the firearm as an NFA Short Barreled Rifle "SBR".

only if you do the paperwork and pay the tax stamp for a NFA device (short barrel rifle) before installing the stock. you can add a "pistol brace" with no issues
