Aaron, No it is not legal in OH. It is considered a sawed off shotgun in OH.

Aaron, yes, this "Pistol Grip" Shotgun is legal in Ohio due to the 18"+ Barrel. Just not the Mossberg Shockwave or Remington TAC-14 due to the 14" or less than 18" Barrels.
