Yes, it's both sights. We use the scope to acquire long range targets and set the reflex sight for close range on a separate 45 degree mount or you can use the rail on the scope. You just twist the rifle to look through the reflex sight. It's very fast.

Joshua, yes, this "Combo" Magnified and Reflex Sight can be Co-Witnessed so the Scope is used for distant targets and the non Magnified Reflex is used for quick up close target acquisition. I suggest mounting an the top rail of the scope so the rifle position does not have to change for faster distant/up close target engagement. (The best of both worlds).
