Jawad, yes, this is legal in PA. It has a "Brace" instead of a "Shoulder Stock" so it is classifies as a standard "Pistol" and needs no Tax Stamp or NFA Registration.

Yes it is legal and does not need the NFA tax stamp as it is a PIstol not a rifle (has ashoulder brace not a stock)
