The Ruger No 1 in 45-70 is out of production the current production No 1s (in other calibers) are selling new for $1250.00 - $1400.00 I would place the used value of a nice 45-70 No 1 at from $850.00 (quick sale ) to around $1100.00 (may take time to sell) unless there is something special about it. The original box paperwork and accessories will increase value around $50.00 or so

of course if you find a buyer that has to have a 45-70 No 1 the sky is the limit

This range depending on condition of course will run from $1200 to $1800 for the Ruger No1 45-70 Rifle. Being an out of production rifle, it could very likely fetch more. I would check some firearm auction websites to get an idea of prices as well.

there are a few for sale at Bun groker (swap 1st letters when I checked the completed sales the one listed at $1900 has been for sale for over a year the other one now has a bid of less than $900 with less than 6 hours to go none of them have a bid over $1000.00
