Bernadette, If your talking about the Bond Arms Ranger II model number BAR II45419. The same cylinder handles both rounds, but it has interchangeable barrels.

the Bond arm ranger II is a 2 shot over/under derringer and does not use a cylinder you can buy extra barrels to change calibers
