Adolfo, no, it is not due to having a "Pistol Stabilizing Brace" instead of a Shoulder Stock.

no it is not a NFA item it is a pistol with a arm brace. Just don't put a shoulder stock on it as that would make it a illegal NFA item (unless you did the paperwork and got the stamp first)
