Matthew, The one I see is the (https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/search.php/type/Optics++Sights/other/pay_in_180) - More than likely this is to move slow moving or high stock items. If it is marked for "Layaway" then you can. Hopefully, as you stated, more will be available for layaway.
