it comes with 3 mags the sights re "black" competition style the compensator (porting) is built into the barrel click on the picture in your link and just behind the front sight you will see the slits in the slide that lines up with the barrel ports they help push the gun back down onto the next target faster

Joseph, this pistol comes with (3) 10rd Magazines. The Porting is built into the Slide/barrel and reduces recoil only and does not act as a Flash Suppressor.
