Nevada has no restrictions that would affect this gun. so as long as you are 18 or older and have nothing in your background that prevents you fro owning a firearm you will be fine. You will need a ID

Angel, no trouble whatsoever in Las Vegas Nevada. You are a "Law Abiding" Citizen and will have no issues. Enjoy!
