Which position is safety on, up or down? I have a M&P 45 and when the lever is up its in safety mode which I usually inadvertantly push safety because of grip. I do not like the safety being in the up position.

Joseph, the "On Safety" Position is in the up Position.

safe is up like on all 1911s down is fire many (me included ) of us 1911 guys shoot with our thumb on top of the safety
