Everett, no, this pistol has a "Manual Thumb Safety".

Sorry it does not have a decocker just a manual thumb safety so it can be safely carried "cocked and locked"

Yes it does have a decocker the Manuel safety is also a decocker to decock the gun you push the manual safety down!!!
