This will be a judgement call. I happen to shoot the CZPCR very well after some modifications and practice time. I would suggest trying some different ammunition and a bit more trigger time and then make a decision if trading out i best for you at that time. Cheers my man!

I feel for you We have all been there. There are some guns that I just don't shoot well for skeet I switched from a old Remington 3200 O/U to a beretta 682 O/U and struggled and modified it for 2 years to try to shoot is as well as I did the 3200 I finally gave up and moved on to a Krieghoff K80 skeet gun and have been happy ever since The K80 is the closest currently made gun to my old Remington 3200. Just bite the bullet and sell it to get what you shoot well

Perhaps the trouble with your CZPCR is related to the DA/SA trigger. You don't necessarily have to start completely over, by purchasing a new gun. You might need more range time, and/or a new aftermarket trigger. Here is a video that may be of help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bU4v5i5c42k
