Questions - 3 -, And do you have to use a Harris bi-pod. Y or N.. Questions - 4 - HOW long is it,, and will it make the bi-pod more Steady Y or NO. YOU think it would with that big flange.. 1- it is for a plastic stock or wood. 2-flat part is outside of stock on the bottom of for end (like a sling swivel attachment) 3- you do not have to use a Harris bipod 4- about 1&3/8" long I'd say 5- its a sturdy setup for a good mount of a bipod.
