Anyone have an issue with contacting customer service in order to get a gun returned? I ordered a gun and went to FFL to pick up. It wasn't what I ordered. Tried to do the online chat twice and was kicked off once before they even answered my question and the second in the middle of speaking with them via chat. Tried to send email but it said I needed to have an open order in order to send an email. At this point, I just want to return the gun and get a refund. Any help?
