Yes the Glock 19 barrel will work fine

Michael, the Gen5 Glock 19 Regular or Threaded Barrel will work just fine Sir.

The generation won't matter as the locking block interface to the barrel stated the same. That's why the 19 barrels for sale say gen 1-5. The gen 5 glock 17 did change to a 19 style locking block and is gen 5 only.
