Can this gun be shipped to my FFL and made NJ Compliant ? Only restriction would be to have the magazine pinned for 10 rounds.

If it can be ordered NJ Compliant yes Most dealers will not ship a firearm and then make it compliant. In other words if it can be ordered with a 10 round mag you are OK Otherwise NO.

My understanding is one can not legally ship any magazine that exceeds the NJ legal capacity into New Jersey (or any state with magazine restrictions). Recommend you consult a local NJ FFL dealer and get specifics, rather than simply take a chance of ordering something you can not have shipped, or worse, getting something shipped into NJ that is illegal and then not being able to take possession of it, or being charged for violating NJ firearms laws. no it can not the gun must be NJ compliant as it came from the factory for Buds to ship it to you
