honestly the best thing to do would be get a replacement slide that has dovetail sights. The least expensive option may be to sell this gun and move up to a 1911 with the 3 dot sights. The 3rd option is a good smith can machine a dovetail in the slide
Thomas, Nobody that I know as of now makes a rear sight because of the whacky milling on the Girsan rear dovetail. For that, you would need a gunsmith that can re-machine it to a standard dovetail cut and re-finish the area. But this may cost more than the gun is worth.
