Does this gun still come with 2 mags? Also, how many recoil springs come with it (I saw on Youtube and it looked like 2-4 additional different weight recoil springs came with it)?

The Witness comes in a really nice locking hard case.

In the case is the pistol, a cleaning kit, a replacement front sight, 2-1.5mm allen keys (one for the trigger screws and one for the front sight) a trigger lock, 2 replacement recoil springs, and 1 magazine. It's a nice mag, chrome plated with a custom base pad, but ONLY ONE.

They only come with one magazine now, still has two recoil springs and fiber optic sight included.
