Yes it is legal in California
Gustavo, I would confirm this with Buds as CA is strict on the exact model numbers and this exact model number is not on the CA DOJ Roster. The Model: PI9134L is on the Roster : https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Springfield+Armory
The Springfield model PI9134L, 5", 9mm, Stainless Steel, WAS on the CA approved list for handguns. It was removed effective 1/1/2019. But to be sure, check with Buds before you try to order.

I would check with a local FFL as it shows the it was removed from the list on 01/01/2019 https://www.oag.ca.gov/sites/oag.ca.gov/files/pdfs/firearms/removed.pdf but it also shows that it is legal until 01/01/2020 https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns/pi9134l-ambi-safety-stainless-steel-0
