Ronnie, you can run virtually any standard or +P 9mm ammunition. I recommend getting a box or two of some different brands to determine what is more accurate in your pistol then stocking up on the lot number. For target practice I run : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/716006600/speer_lawman_9mm_115gr_tmj_50rds and for self desense I run : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/56783/hornady_9mm_critical_defense_115_grain_critical_defense_tip (Both 115gr for the same point of impact).

Ronnie - One can use any commercially available 9mm luger ammunition in this pistol - from the least expensive practice rounds you might find, to the best defensive ammunition available, in regular 9mm or 9mm + P.
Any standard 9mm will work with Glocks
