I would check with a local FFL as it shows the it was removed from the list on 01/01/2019 oag.ca.gov/sites/oag.ca.gov/files/pdfs/firearms/removed.pdf but it also shows that it is legal until 01/01/2020 oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns/pi9134l-ambi-safety-stainless-steel-0
Gustavo - this pistol, previously legal in CA, was removed from the authorized list and may no longer be manufactured or sold in CA. You might contact Buds, or a local FFL, for verification of this.
